Final Sale Items
- All sale items ending in .99 are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
Exchange Requests
- You have 3 days from the date of delivery to contact us at info@thecurvycoutureboutique.com to request an exchange.
Return Shipping
- You have 5 days from the date of delivery to ensure that your merchandise is in route for return.
Condition of Returned Items
- All merchandise must be returned in like-new condition.
- Tags must be attached to the item.
- Items that appear worn, washed, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.
Return Process
- Contact us at info@thecurvycoutureboutique.com within 3 days of delivery to initiate an exchange request.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship your item back.
- Ensure your return is in transit within 5 days of delivery.
- Once the merchandise is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation.
- A prepaid return shipping label will be provided after inspection.
Refunds
- A credit will be issued for the amount of the returned items, minus the shipping fee.
- Customer is responsible for the shipping fee on any new order once your return has been completed.
- You have 15 days to use your store credit. Once it expires, it will not be reissued.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to be processed after the return is received and inspected.
Additional Notes
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to deny a return if the merchandise does not meet the conditions outlined above.
- Orders cannot be edited, changed, or canceled once they are placed.
